Steps:
1- Open PhonePe app on your smartphone.
2- Scroll down and Select "Credit Card Bill"
3- Then select the Biller
4- For example select VISA Inc.
5- Now enter the "Credit Card Number" and Click on CONFIRM
6- Then enter the EMI or bill amount
7- Then confirm the payment using the UPI PIN
