As you know Windows Run commands help the user to access Applications and other system utilities or system tools directly executed from the RUN dialogue box and no need to search Windows Applications or where to get the system configuration tool. That means if an user wants to access or open Computer Management, using Run command what you have to do is just open the Run dialogue box (Windows Key + R) then type compmgmt.msc then press Enter Key it will open Computer Management Window for you but if you want to access it through the Windows then what you have to is Right click on My Computer or Computer and click on Manage, then it will do the same thing.
