Bhulekh which is a Land records web portal, where you can find the land records of your state,District, Subdivision and Tehsil. All the States of India has the bhulekh portal in their regional languages, that means you can check the land record details in your own language, such for odisha you can see it in odia and the web address is http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in.

When you open the website http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in, normally you will not able to see Oriya script to select the location like state,district, subdivision and tehsil of odisha/orissa state.   • Go to the website http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in and Download Odia Font (From the left side of the web portal) Click on it.
  • One new window will open
  • Again click on Download Oriya Font and save it
  • Then copy it to C:\Windows\Fonts Folder to install
  • or open the font ORBW-TTMukta EN Normal and click on install
  • To know whether it's installed or not check the Fonts Folder of Windows directory and search for the font ORBW-TTMukta EN Normal

Now open Windows Internet Explorer and visit the website bhulekh.ori.nic.in and you will able to see the Oriya script. The feature is only work for windows Internet explorer not for Firefox. But I am trying to do in Firefox and searching for the solution how you can also able to see in Mozilla Firefox browser.

How To Install Indian Languages on Your Windows Computer


Here is the process how you can install Indian Language on your Computer. Please read the topic to know the process how to install Indian Languages on PC, all most all regional language can be read or view on Windows 7 or if you use Windows XP you may need to install Language pack for Windows from Microsoft Website or you will be asked to insert Windows XP CD.

How To Install Indian Languages On Windows XP?

1- Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.
2- On the Languages tab, under Supplemental language support, select the Install files for East Asian languages check box.
3- Click OK or Apply.

After the files are installed, you must restart your computer.

Note:
To open Regional and Language Options, click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options.

The East Asian languages include Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. The files for most other languages are installed on your computer automatically by Windows.

After you install the East Asian language files on your computer's hard disk, you must add the individual languages for which you want to enter and display text. After you add a language, the language is loaded into memory every time you start your computer.

Region and Language on Windows 7:

If you are using Windows 7, then you can Change display language, Change the languages used for partially translated menus and dialogs, Install or Uninstall display languages, Change keyboards or other input methods, Change location and Change the data, time or number format.

How to Change Display Language On Windows 7?
  • Go to Windows 7 Control Panel and search for Region and Language.
  • Download the Display Language or you can use Windows update service.
  • For example I need Oriya (Odia) Language to set as Display Language, can be download from Windows website.
  • Downloaded LIP_or-IN-32bit.mlc or LIP_or-IN-64bit.mlc file, Double Click on the file and install to change the display language of your Windows PC. or you can also install it through the Control Panel.
  • To install through Control panel click on Change Display Language.
  • Click on Install/uninstall Languages, click install display language.
  • Now click on "Browse Computer or Network" now browse and select .mlc language.
  • Now click Next then Next after installation complete, select Oriya and click on Change Display Language (Your System may Log off or restarts)
  • After that your Display language will be changed to your Regional language. 
In this way you can add any other Indian Regional languages to display on your Windows 7 computer and if you want change the language to English follow the same procedure and select display language English.
