• Brows C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc (where C: is your system Drive)
• Double click on the file named "hosts"
• It will ask Choose the program you want to use to open this file Choose notepad then click OK
• In the notepad you will find something like below, it may be differ in your case.

• Don't worry about that, all you have to is add the website just bellow of "127.0.0.1  localhost" and that site will no longer accessible.

Example:-
127.0.0.1      localhost
127.0.0.1      *****.com (The website address)

• Then save it (File menu save or Ctrl+s) 
• So now put the address you have given in your browser it will show "unable to connect". 
• You can add more websites like that.

You may also interested to know what is the concept, how it block the websites. Actually while you enter 127.0.0.1 (is the Loopback Address) then at-least one space and the website name. It simply redirect the website to the IP 127.0.0.1 which is a loopback address of your PC, so there is nothing to show and finally the browser can't display the web page or website.
