  • Switch off the phone
  • Connect Charger and Press Volume Up + Power for recovery menu
  • Now press power button to see the recovery option
  • Volume Down and select wipe data/factory reset
  • Press Volume Up to OK

    I tried to press the power + volume up button but the phone is just simply switching on. No factory reset mode is there

      Hi
      This process is working fine, if you are facing problem while Hard Reset Oplus phone, the volume button is not working. Check the volume buttons and try again.

      The above process is 100% working.

      It is working.
      It will work for you also as keys are little bit tricky to operate.
      Try finger nails to press volume up or down button at its edges, to middle of button. It works with little hard work.

      I am able to do after several attempts.
